Seema Shukla is an entrepreneur with a clear philosophy of inclusive growth through nurturing young brains. The focus on upskilling society and preparing global citizens is the center of all her efforts. She is a postgraduate in Economics and has done her Bachelor of Education in India, where Maria Montessori founded the India Montessori training course. She has taught with leading primary schools in India
Denielle began her journey in early childhood education in 2014 as a student teacher at Westrand School for Disabled Children. She became a teacher at Curro Castle Krugersdorp in 2016 before moving to Little Ashford Preschool in Roodepoort in 2017, where she later became Head Teacher for the 3 to 6 year old classes. By 2019, she joined the Head of Education in researching new teaching techniques and implementing new curriculums to enhance learning experiences.
Her leadership saw her promoted to Vice Principal in 2020 and then Principal and Head of Education at Little Ashford Woodmead from 2023 to 2025. Passionate about innovation in education, Denielle is dedicated to creating engaging and enriching learning environments that nurture every child’s development.
Debi is a trained Montessori directress of 40 years’ experience, holding diplomas for ages 3-6 years of training from London Montessori Centre and 6-12 from Mercy Montessori. She was a Regional Manager of the South African Montessori Association (SAMA) and a participant in SAMA and ISASA.
She is certified as a life coach, certified in Brain gym and holistic healing and skilled in emotional intelligence and leadership. She has served in various capacities as a teacher, Principal.
Lotus Preschool and Aftercare is a technological advanced preschool in Sandton. It is a member school of SAMA and follows the international Montessori curriculum.
